What is the Alexander Technique?
The Alexander Technique is a practical approach for improving poise, ease of movement and breathing. Often tension builds up without us noticing and before we know it a harmful habit has developed. This may manifest in pain or discomfort or a sense of restricted movement. Some people come for lessons to improve performance and gain greater balance without having any pain.
